Return and Refund Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase?
You normally have a 30-day trial period to return a product. For all purchases made between October 1st and December 31st, the return period is extended to 45 days. If you are unfortunately not satisfied with one of our products, we invite you to contact us via
contact@myplayground.store (or use our contact form) with the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Return conditions
Please note that only products returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition will be eligible for the 45-day extended warranty.

How do I return my product?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility: €7 for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, €12 for the rest of Europe. We will send you a prepaid Chronopost voucher by email. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect, damaged or lost product?
If you notice upon delivery that the product packaging is in very poor condition, that the product does not conform to what you ordered, or if the product is damaged by the carrier, we invite you to notify us immediately. To do this, write your reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, and contact us via contact@myplayground.store . In these cases, no fees will be charged for the return or exchange of the damaged product.
If the product has been lost by the carrier, we will resend the product to you at no additional cost.
